Terrible customer service.
I made a mistake with the delivery address on my order (it was a gift). I realised very quickly and asked them if they could help.
They said no, couldn't help. Wouldn't give me any contact details for their distribution warehouse. Just said it was too difficult for them to even try. Told me to contact Parcelforce and try myself once it was out for delivery.
Now a very expensive gift is on its way to a complete stranger.
Happy to take your money - but the customer experience stops right there!
Appalling service. After 2 weeks, still no goods. Emails are greeted with a daft "gone out to play" message - which is extremely irritating at 4.15 in the afternoon.
Cancelled the order - shocking customer service.

I just want to say how delighted I am with my purchases. I bought 2 robes sized age 5-9 for my 6-year-old twin grandchildren and they have been absolutely wonderful. We have just come back from a week at Runswick Bay on the North Yorkshire coast, with glorious sunshine but of course the wind from the east off the North Sea ever present. We didn't need to take towels to the beach, just popped the kids into the DryRobes when they came out of the sea and in a couple of minutes they were warm and in 15 or 20 minutes ready to go back in again. Our granddaughter also used hers as a little mat. The sand shakes off easily and they wipe down well. They are really well made. And the lined pockets for cold hands are a neat touch.
High end quality, great for changing in and keeping warm. Love the style and an essential piece of kit for my open water pursuits. I am super pleased with my Dryrobe.
Ordered on website using the quick checkout option - super easy. Arrived fast (took 4 days to get to my home in Ireland). Product exactly as described.
There was a problem with the zip of the dryrobe which I bought. The customer service from dryrobe was, however, really good. I sent mine back and they sent out a replacement - no fuss at all.
I bought a Dryrobe bag for my changing robe last August. The bag was used regularly and proved to be an excellent piece of kit until it developed a fault with the seal. As the bag was still in warranty I contacted Dryrobe who were fantastic from start to finish. Every member of their team I spoke to was helpful, polite and efficient. They paid for the return of my bag and replaced it without any fuss or issue. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
Arrived quicker than expected. I bought the dog Dryrobe’s. Can’t normally get a coat to fit her. But this one is perfect. Lovely quality.
UPDATE: Dryrobe have kindly intercepted the delivery and it is now on its way to me. Thank you Jackie at Dryrobe. It is difficult to contact Dryrobe, but when you do get through they sort things out quickly.
I ordered a dryrobe for my mother as a present last year. Over two months ago, I tried to order one for myself, but the one I wanted was not in stock. I opted for an email to be sent when it came back into stock. Finally, I received an email saying it was now in stock. I ordered it and amended the address to my address, the same as the billing address (I live 200 miles away from my mother). The order came through, but they are delivering to my mother again. I have tried to log into my account, but it just tells me there is no account linked to my email, despite me ordering two different orders and receiving lots of emails from Dryrobe. I have sent a contact form and an email but have not heard back. This is really frustrating and poor customer service. My mother is in her 80's and will not be able to get out to the post office to return the dryrobe or send it on to me. I will be unable to visit until atleast 21 June, as overnight stays are not permitted until then and I do not want a 400 mile round trip in one day, just to collect my incorrectly addressed dryrobe. Please can you look at your website. There is obviously a problem with this.
Very fast delivery, even when I was warned it would take longer than usual. I am told the robe is great too.

I recently bought one of the coats from this company and the customer service I received was second to none. The coat, a present for my daughter, has been a huge success, but it’s the customer service I received when purchasing it, that has prompted me to write this review. My daughter has recently had two tragedies befall her recently and although the coat she really wanted was out of stock, Hannah went over and above to ensure my daughter received the coat for her birthday. Well done Dryrobe, and Hannah, you’re the best!
A brilliant product. I had to return my first dry robe due to a faulty zip. The dry robe was given as a gift in May and I didn't realise the problem until I started winter swimming. I returned the dry robe in early February and now have a brand new one. No quibble, no fuss. Amazing customer service.
Not only is the Advanced Dryrobe an outstanding product, the customer service is fantastic.
I ordered the wrong size and needed to exchange, my return was processed incredibly quickly, as was delivery of the correct size. Throughout I was kept informed via email and every promise they made was met (unusual these days). Thank you Hannah on the customer service team, you were brilliant!
Really happy with both product and customer service. Bought 2 dryrobe towels as Christmas gifts and was delighted with the quality.
When needing to return a product (due to receiving the same dryrobe as another gift) the customer service team were very quick a responding and making the refund.
